Important information

In 2024, we will begin adjusting parking fees across our entire inventory. This change is aimed at supporting the transition toward a more sustainable society, in line with the owner directives from Skellefteå Municipality, with the goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2030. The new market-based pricing ensures that parking spaces cover their own costs. Our aim is to create a fair pricing structure where those using parking spots pay for both current and future needs.

So, what happens next? Your current parking agreement will be terminated, and a new agreement will take effect from April 1, 2025. The attached new agreement includes updated terms and prices. You have two options:

1. Keep Your Parking Spot: If you wish to retain your parking spot with the updated terms and prices, sign the new agreement.
   
2.  Terminate Your Agreement: If you choose to terminate your parking agreement, your existing spot will be terminated at the latest by March 31, 2025.

Please ensure that the newly signed agreement reaches Skebo no later than May 31, 2024. You can approve the new agreement by:

• E-signera via Scrive: If you received the agreement via email.
• Signing and Returning: If you received a physical copy in your mailbox, sign it and return it using the enclosed reply envelope.

We also offer discounts on public transportation for those who choose to terminate. Early terminations of parking spots are also accepted. If you’re interested in an alternative, check the availability of vacant parking spaces on Skebo’s website: skebo.se/ledigt/bilplats.

We understand that cost increases can be challenging, and we want to provide a generous time for adjustment to the new terms. The new agreement will take effect from April 1, 2025.
