Skelleftebostäder wants to be something more than just a housing company. We want to contribute to Skellefteå’s development beyond residential construction and management. Collaboration with associations and organisations is a way for us to contribute to the positive development of Skellefteå, and which creates added value for all inhabitants. Today, we collaborate with a number of associations and organisations that contribute to making Skellefteå an attractive place in which to live and work.
Through sponsorship, we show commitment to the community and responsibility for social and environmental sustainability for Skellefteå’s development. When we complement our role as property owners by supporting associations and activities that contribute to cohesion, inclusion, and mobility in our residential areas, we get more vibrant and safe areas. At the same time, we are aware that sponsorship is essentially a mutually beneficial commercial collaboration between two parties.
We want to collaborate with well-functioning associations and organisations that have for values that we can identify with. We strive to spread our sponsorship among sports, culture, and societal benefits. We do not sponsor political or religious organisations or individuals. What’s important to us are activities and associations close to the area that are part of our tenants’ everyday lives.
Sponsorship is also a form of marketing to create pride and engagement in our brand. It also gives us an opportunity to communicate with our partners and stakeholders in an environment outside of daily operations. It is also an important component in our work to profile ourselves as an attractive employer.
If you would like to collaborate with us, kindly describe what your association or organisation wants to achieve and in what way it can be useful to us, our tenants, and Skellefteå’s development. We must be professional in our relationships where goals, timeframes, and follow-ups must be provided for all collaboration agreements.

Sponsorship matters are handled by our
Marketing Manager (Anna Ersson) or Sustainability Coordinator (Lisa Nilsson).
