Skebo is offering a large selection of parking options, in the span of outdoor parking, carports to cold- and warm garages, visitor parking and public garages. We are offering parking in three different zones.

Our parking spaces are primarily for our tenants and commercial tenants.
Subject to availability external tenants are welcome to rent parking.

Skebo shall promote a modern and more environmentally friendly parking

In the fall of 2023 Skebo and SIH received a new owner directive, Climate Neutral 2030. This means that we must work for climate neutrality un our operations, one step in that is to develop a more modern parking environment that’s adapted to future needs. The price adjustment will enable investments where we plan to set aside aprox. SEK 4 000 000 per year for improvements such as upgrading parking spaces as well as individual metering, app control of engine heaters/charging station and developing car- and bike pools.

The parking lots must bear their own costs

The current parking fees are generally too low, price increases have only occurred on rare occasions and the levels has not been in line with the market prices in Sweden. Through the adjustment, we remove what in practice functioned as a subsidy for the parking spaces.

Skebo has a responsible obligation to manage increasing operation/service and investment costs. Skebo takes a large responsibility as a community builder, but it also requires us to act business-like in every part of our operations. The parking lots is no exception.
