Regulations concerning parking spaces

Visitor parking

  • Visitor parking spaces are only for visitors and shall not be used by tenants or employees in the property.
  • Visitors shall not park caravans, mobile homes or trailers in visitor parking lots.

Common rules

  • Places refer to inspected, taxed paid and driveable car
  • Park in a designated space without encroaching on the space of an adjacent car.
  • Max. one (1) minute of idling permitted.
  • The parking space may not be transferred or sublet without the consent of the provider.
  • Decrepit vehicles – Vehicles in such a condition that they are deemed decrepit by the parking provider shall not be stored in the parking space.
  • When the rental agreement is terminated, you are obligated to return any keys. You will be charged for missing keys as well as the cost of lock cylinder replacement.
  • It is the responsibility of the tenant/user to sign a required fire and theft insurance for their vehicle.

It is not allowed to;

  • Store loose items or other devices of a temporary or permanent nature on or near the parking lot without the permission of the landlord/grantor.
  • Use a parked vehicle as a residence.
  • Store flammable liquids or gas.

Sanitation

For the sake of everyone’s well-being and for the sake of the environment, the owner or holder of the vehicle undertakes:

  • not to carry out painting and grinding work or major repairs of the vehicle in the parking space.
  • not to wash or rinse the vehicle in the parking space.
  • to ensure that oil, fuel, or similar waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
  • to carry out the necessary cleaning, snow removal, and sanding of the parking space.

Parking space with electrical socket for engine heater/cabin heater

  • Only legal connectors and cables may be used.

  • Immediately report damage or observed damage to electrical sockets or equipment to the provider.

Parking space in a garage

  • The garage door and pedestrian door to the garage must be closed and locked after entry and exit.
  • The garage space may not be used as a storage room.
  • You are not allowed to alter the garage doors of individual garages or install your own locks.
  • It is not permitted to extend, change or repair the garage electrical wiring.
  • Electrical appliances with a greater combined power than 2 000 W shall not be used.
  • Power sockets in public garages (parking garages) shall only be used by the landlord or persons employed by the landlord.
  • The tenant is responsible for damage caused within the garage by the tenant, members of the tenants household or persons hires by the tenant.
