Rental of new developments differs from ordinary rental. You can search for multiple apartments and rank them according to the one you most prefer.
When renting new developments, all apartments in the phase are published simultaneously for two weeks.
As an applicant, you can express your interest in a limited number of these apartments (currently 10). You rank the apartments according to your first preference, second preference, and so on.
You may then receive an offer to sign a contract. If you receive a contract offer, it is based on the ranking you made and on your queue points. All the other apartments you have expressed interest in will be removed when you receive a contract offer.
