Questions about your parking space

Skebo will send out new agreements to all tenants with updated terms and conditions to take a stance on. Those who won’t accept the new terms and conditions in the agreement will get their current agreements on parking or garage space terminated by April 1 2025 at the latest. No price adjustment will take place for the current agreement during 2024

Skebo will accept premature termination on all current parking- and garage space agreements.

If you don’t renew the parking space you’ll no longer be able to use it. To those who don’t renew their parking lot Skebo will offer a discount for public transportation in a transition period.

We understand that for many it’s an extra cost that could be hard to manage. We have parking solutions in different price classes in all of our areas. Our pricing model is based on location and product and is in line with what many pays in other towns. In the Renen parking garage there is a carpool for the public and we will offer a discount for public transportation.

Wheater, you have a vehicle that´s electric or not, the expectations of different solutions in parking spaces have changed and evolved. Just like earlier there is going to be different types of parking available.

We mean that the costs to maintain and develop them have been taken from other revenues, primarily from rental incomes.

We will process area by area.

You can find your notice period on your current rental agreement. You can also log in on skebo.se/mina-sidor, there you’ll find your current agreement. Further information on your notice period will be available when the new parking space offer is sent out to you.

The goal is that we will start in March 2024 and that all new agreements will apply from April 1, 2025.

We have compared operating costs in our parking spaces, the future maintenance needs and development costs. There are the costs for snow removal, repairs, system support, electrical and future maintenance/development that have been included.

Snow removal and anti-slip is a great cost as we maintain all connection routes and biggest part of the parking space. Regarding electricity we are paying for the subscription cost, installation cost and the electricity meter. Price adjustment enable for further maintenance.

We must make a modern and environmentally friendly parking environment to meet the needs and demands of the future. It can be about individual measurement, user friendly app control of motor heater/charging station, EV charging, carpool/bike pool, flexible use of parking and optimize land use.
