Electricity consumption

Elförbrukning

In most of Skebo’s apartments, tenants are required to pay for their own electricity consumption.

What are normal electricity costs for an apartment?

The Swedish Consumer Agency estimates that normal energy consumption for a smaller apartment is about 2000 kWh/year. A larger home uses about 5,000 kWh/year. These standard values apply to homes that do not use electricity for heating, such as electric radiators or heat pumps.

The total cost includes all costs such as the average of eletricity network charges, energy taxes, the average electricity price and VAT.
