We have 220 temporary student rooms on the Campus area. These are small rooms with their own shower and toilet as well as common areas with kitchens.
The project has received a temporary building permit valid for up to five years (2026). The ambition is to build permanent student rooms on Campus in the future.
These 220 rooms are will advertised on our website as they become available for registration.
The approximate location of the temporary student residence block is just south of Campus.
Contracts without security of tenure
Since the student rooms are a temporary solution, with a limited building permit period, the student contracts do not cover security of tenure. This means that the contracts will be terminated when it is time to remove the student residence block in about 5 years.
Fault reporting for residents of the Campus area
You can report faults to Algeco relating to, for example:
- Questions about the common cleaning equipment
- If something is wrong with the equipment in the landry room/kitchen
- The property, such as ventilation, heating and the like.
- Other systems/products in the rooms
- WiFi in the property
